REBOOT FITNESS CLASSES

The Jungle has recently become the venue to a new and exciting alternative to exercise...Reboot Fitness Classes! If you’re fed up with the same old routine in the gym and fancy the idea of training in an outdoor environment? Then Reboot Fitness classes are the place to be come rain hail or shine, there is no such thing as bad weather to us just poor clothing!!

These classes are designed to improve motivation and help you work that little bit harder regardless of your fitness level or age and are always run with fun in mind. Classes are run by our very own Mrs Motivator; Barbara Lennox-Harpur, a fully trained fitness instructor. Classes will recommence in April 2013. Days and time - to be confirmed

REBOOT FITNESS CAMPS

  • High-impact fat busting fitness routines, adrenaline-packed activities and relaxing low-impact exercises
  • Nutritious and nourishing foods – all meals will be provided
  • Comfortable and cosy onsite accommodation
  • Delightful grounds and forestry which you are free to explore on your down time
  • Stunning hikes through the rolling Sperrin Mountains to aid your fitness and de-stress the mind
  • Opportunity to undertake body fat analysis and have a goal setting and personal one-to-one session with our fully qualified personal trainer and fitness expert
  • Use of the onsite Hot Tubs

Dates of Reboot Fitness Camp Weekends: Friday 21st June- Sunday 23rd June or Friday 26th July - Sunday 28th July

Price: £150pp (Please note a £50 per person deposit is required to secure your slot).

Friday

7pm - Arrive at the Jungle for meet and greet from the Jungle Reboot Team.

7:30pm - Medium/High Intensity class around grounds of Jungle

8:30pm – Light supper and chance to settle into your glamping pod

10:30pm - Recommended bed time

 

Saturday

7.30am - Wake-up call

8am - Breakfast

8.45am - Arrive at Jungle for Ice Breaker Circuits

10am - Hike up Slieve Gallion with some amazing countryside views

1:00pm - Lunch

2:30pm - Fun team challenges

3:30pm - Medium/High Intensity Workout

4:30pm - Snack & Freshen up

5:00pm - Zorbing!! (Reboot Style…..!)

6:30pm - Dinner

7:30pm - Chill out & use hot tubs

8.:30pm - Downtime to chill out and relax

10:30pm - Recommended bed time

 

Sunday

8:00am - Wake-up call

8:30am - Breakfast

9:00am - Arrive at Jungle

9:15am - Tree Top Adventure Course

11:45am -Snack

12:00pm - Timed Treasure Hunt/ Workout

2:00pm - Farewell lunch

3:00pm - Checkout of Glamping pod
