Charity partners for 2025

We are pleased to announce that our chosen charity partner for RAMPAGE 2025 are The Hub Charity (Cookstown).

THE HUB (Cookstown)

The Hub is a fantastic community resource providing support and access to a range of groups such as the National Autistic Society, Alzheimer’s Carers Support Group, Aware Defeat Depression and a range of other fringe groups who are in need of support. They provide access to all areas of drama, arts and crafts. The Hub is a wonderful organisation, ran by truly wonderful and caring people. The money raised was a great boost for them to help support people in the local areas and we are privileged to have been able to assist them in their work.

For every participant that takes on our Rampage Run in May 2025, we will donate a portion of their entry fee directly to The Hub. We hope to raise a sizeable donation for these incredible charities and provide extra funding to bolster the support they provide across the country.

  • Heart or blood pressure conditions
  • Limited mobility/mobility issues
  • Nervous disposition
  • It is not recommended that anyone who is pregnant participates in Rampage.

Any participants under the influence of alcohol/drugs will not be allowed to participate in this event.

RULES OF CONDUCT

Rampage is all about fun, adventure, and a good dose of muddy mayhem. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone, we ask all participants to follow these simple yet important rules:

  • Stick to designated paths – The course is designed to challenge you while keeping you safe. Please stick to the marked trails and paths at all times to avoid injuries or disruptions to the event.
  • Listen to the Marshals – Our marshals are here to guide you, cheer you on, and keep you safe. Please follow their instructions. They know the course, the obstacles, and how to make sure you have the best experience possible.
  • Your run, your pace – Not feeling confident about an obstacle? No problem! You’re welcome to bypass any obstacle that’s not for you. The goal is to have fun and push your limits, on your own terms.
  • Respect your fellow runners – Rampage is a shared adventure. Be kind, give way if needed, and cheer on your fellow mud warriors.
  • Stay alert and follow signage – The course is packed with thrills, but safety comes first. Keep an eye out for any warning signs or hazard markers along the way. They’re there to keep you informed and safe.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

All bookings incur an additional non-refundable charge of 4% of the total amount payable online. Payment by Credit/Debit card confirms that you accept this additional charge.

Credit/Debit cards will normally be authorised and charged to your account within one to two working days.

TICKETING POLICY

All Rampage bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, we offer a Ticket Protection option, which entitles you to a full refund in case of a last-minute emergency or if you decide to cancel. This protection must be purchased at the time of ticket booking and covers cancellations made up to 2 hours before your scheduled event begins. It does not cover cancellations after the event has started. Terms & Conditions apply.

WHAT TO WEAR

  • Sports clothing – Please wear appropriate outdoor sports clothing. Snug-fitting clothes can help avoid being bogged down by mud and water. Fast drying activewear are ideal as they offer superior ventilation.
  • Footwear – Trail running, running or sports shoes are the best options. Don’t bring your favourite white trainers, they will be ruined! Remember to tie those laces tight.
  • Accessories – Make sure your sports watch is waterproof if you want to track your biometrics. Headbands can help keep the mud out of your eyes.
  • Fancy dress – we’ve seen all kinds of elaborate outfits over the years, so if you want to run as a Giant Hotdog, Elvis or Superman, have at it!

Rampage FAQs

What time should I arrive at the race?

If you are a RUNNER you should be there at least 45 minutes before your wave. You must register and attend the compulsory warm up. If you are late you may not be able to participate.

What should I bring on race day?

Your email confirmation with your registration number, as well as your completed Risk Acknowledgement form (downloaded via confirmation email or Rampage webpage) a towel and a spare change of clothes. You can also bring some cash or debit/credit cards of you'd like to purchase any snacks or drinks from the onsite cafe.

What if the weather is bad?

This event will continue even if the weather is bad. You will be getting wet, muddy and chased by zombies, so a bit of rain will be the least of your worries!

Do I have to be able to swim?

You do not have to be able to swim, however it is strongly recommended if tackling the water obstacles. For the water obstacles like the Ponds or the Giant Water Slide, you are free to bypass these if you are not confident in completing them. The water in the ponds is about 5 foot deep and the water in the Giant Water Slide is about 6-8 feet deep, so for anyone who cannot swim, we wouldn't recommend doing either of these. We have fully trained lifeguards at these obstacles, who have tow lines should anyone need assistance.

Can I skip an obstacle?

You are free to bypass any obstacles that you are not comfortable completing.

Where can I keep my valuables?

There will be a secure bag drop available to all participants, located in the farm yard. It is £2 per bag. You will receive a number which corresponds to your bag.

Is there parking onsite?

The Jungle’s car park is located directly opposite The Jungle site in a gravelled car park. It is clearly signposted and a marshal will be available to provide assistance. Upon parking, follow the marked path to the registration point.

Is it safe?

Archery is completely safe. All Activity Instructors are GNAS qualified and have years of experience instructing this activity. They will provide a thorough safety briefing and will be on hand at all times offering support and assistance should you need it.

Will we have access to showers and changing facilities after?

We have ample changing facilities, with sheltered and well lit changing areas for both males and females. We have an outdoor shower block for Rampage, which enables everyone to get rinsed off in warm water. Please note that due to the number of runners, it is extremely difficult for our current water systems to store enough hot water for over 1000 people, so the showers will not be very hot, but will be warm enough to get a quick wash after the run. Our indoor shower block normally opens around 4:30pm on the Saturday for the Campers to avail of. They are 50p coin operated showers.

What if I get hurt?

We will have official medical teams onsite on the day; Jungle staff/Marshalls are also First Aid trained and can provide assistance.

What type of obstacles will there be?

There will be a range of obstacles that you will have to climb over, wade through, climb under such as cargo nets, balance beams, A-Frames, Slip N Slide, Giant Water Slide, Barbed Crawl etc.

Are there refunds available for Rampage?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, however if you feel uncomfortable or not confident in your ability, a full refund is available on the day before the race begins. Once started there are no refunds.
