Fitness Camp meets Outdoor Adventure

Keeping in line with our recent Rampage Run, we are bursting with ideas to improve fitness and health. We have teamed up with Jason Gillard from Mercury Fitness NI to offer the ultimate boot camp training experience. Jason has a wealth of experience, having been a physical training instructor for 10 years and gaining invaluable experience in the military, he’s the right man for the job. Having started various boot camps embracing the great outdoors here in Northern Ireland, his next venture is teaming up with us here at The Jungle and taking advantage of our vast, scenic and challenging terrains to host the ultimate in fitness training programs.

Mercury Fitness Training Camps Jungle Style

Try a Weekend Boot Camp or a 5 day All Inclusive Intensive Program for the complete package. These programs are designed to give you an immersive and most of all fun and unique training regime. Come and improve your health in a beautiful and serene location packed full of differing activities and exercise routines to keep you entertained while gaining fitness. No boring and repetitive gym routines here, come join us and break out of the monotony of mechanical and stale gyms and breathe in the fresh country air and enjoy exhilarating exercise classes in nature with good company. You will also end the confusion of what to eat when training as you will be given delicious natural food, with no additives and healthy snacks over the course of the program to inspire meal time choices in the future.

Mercury Mayhem is the ultimate weekend boot camp that combines military style fitness training with modern training styles and classes led by professional instructors.

The weekend is perfect whether you’re an individual, group or team. If you are looking to improve your fitness, preparing for a Rampage style event, team building or just doing something fun and different, Mayhem will tick all the boxes.

Our weekend boot camp allows you to fit fitness into your hectic life giving you the chance to enjoy an incredible break away that leaves you feeling a sense of achievement and fitter in every single way. You will arrive on Friday afternoon/night to get settled into your shared accommodation. This is to ensure that you are ready to begin first thing on Saturday morning and be able to send you home at 5pm Sunday.

The weekend includes;

  • 2 Nights in shared bunk bed accommodation to give you the real boot camp experience.
  • All your food is included and prepared by our top qualified chef. Your meals will not contain any processed food and will all be cooked from fresh local ingredients. You will also have a wide selection of healthy snacks and drinks to keep you fuelled throughout the day

Mercury Transformation is Northern Ireland’s best and most unique boot camp for weight loss and overall fitness improvement.  The course has been designed to utilise military fitness training to help everyone of all fitness levels lose weight and improve fitness. The instructors are experts in their chosen fields which helps make this a real boot camp experience.

This course is perfect if you want to change your life style, lose weight or just improve your fitness.  At Mercury Fitness NI we understand that many people have never trained before or have just found gyms too terrifying to even enter.  We aim to change that mind set and help you start your journey to a better you. Best of all we make training fun which is what it should always be.

We start the week as we mean to go on and that’s at just the right pace. This is so that all levels of fitness can build and improve through the week. There will be many times where you will be taken out of your comfort zones, but this is to gain the maximum results and improve your confidence.

 

You arrive Sunday afternoon/night to get settled into your shared accommodation. This is to ensure you are ready to begin first thing Monday morning and that you will finish your week off at 4pm Friday. But once you leave that is not the end of your training and journey with Mercury Fitness NI. You should have a good understanding on fitness and how to exercise correctly. You should also have the right nutritional knowledge to be able to prepare and cook healthy and nutritious meals and snacks going forwards.

 On completing the course each individual will be giving a training plan, meal plan and added to a private support group on Facebook.

If you follow the course as directed by our dedicated instructors you will lose between 3-5% of your body weight.
