With 8 dormitory-style bedrooms accommodating up to 75 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining hall, and a cozy common room with a wide-screen TV & DVD player, the Manor House caters to groups of all sizes. The spacious rear car park ensures easy arrivals and departures, while nearby amenities—including grocery shops, takeaways, a post office, a pharmacy, and a petrol station—cover all your essentials.

At just £25 per person per night (bedding NOT included; bring a duvet or sleeping bag and pillow, with clean bed sheets provided), the Manor House delivers exceptional value. Our School Fun Day package is a hit with kids aged 5-12, offering a fantastic mix of 10 exciting activities that guarantee great value for money! With a blend of indoor and outdoor fun, the package is designed to keep kids active and entertained. Choose between 2- or 3-hour sessions, available to book year-round (except during select seasonal events). The School Fun Day package is offered as either open-park or instructor-led, depending on the season and the bookings scheduled for your chosen date. Kids Tree Top Adventure Course

Our 25-foot-high ropes course offers an exciting adventure for young people, combining fun and safety. Featuring bridges, nets, and treehouses, it’s designed for safe exploration using a continuous belay system. The activity is fully supervised by our trained staff.

Clay Pigeon Shooting

Located in Moneymore, just 2 miles from The Jungle, the Manor House residential centre offers convenient accommodation for groups. If you’re participating in activities at The Jungle, transport will be required between the two locations.

ETNI Travel can provide transport at a cost of £50–£70 per trip, depending on the size of your group, ensuring a hassle-free experience for your visit.

• Risk assessments are conducted for all activities and updated annually.
• All staff members are fully trained for all activities.
• Equipment is inspected daily for safety.
• First aid-trained staff are on-site at all times.
• Risk acknowledgment forms are provided for schools and must be completed by teachers.
• Accident reports are completed in the event of an incident.

• A deposit of £25 per person is required within two weeks of making the booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than the date of the activity.
• Any changes to participant numbers must be communicated at least two days in advance; otherwise, a £10 per person no-show fee is charged.
• Cancellations must be made at least seven days in advance of your booking.
• Refunds are not available, but full credit can be issued if adequate notice is provided.
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, cheque, or card over the phone.
• For Education Authority-funded bookings, a PO must be raised and sent in advance, or the booking will not be confirmed, as per EA requirements.
