Stay at The Jungle

The Jungle is located bang in the middle of Northern Ireland, making it an ideal base camp while you’re visiting. Why spend your stay cooped up in cities and hotels when you can bask in natural beauty here at The Jungle?

We can currently offer a variety of accommodation to suit all budgets, including our A-Frame Cabins, the Pond Cabin, the Log Cabin, Glamping Pods and Campsite.

The A-Frame Cabins are one of our premium options, and offer a taste of luxury in idyllic rural surroundings. They’re made from top quality treated wood and feature lockable patio doors and a second storey. Each A-Frame has a kitchenette, complete with an oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery! You’ll also have a bathroom in the A-Frame, meaning there’s no need to brave the wilderness if you need to make a trip to the toilet in the middle of the night. Each cabin sleeps up to six, with two double beds and a double sofa bed. The A-Frames also have a BBQ, picnic table and seats to enjoy the sun when it dares to make an appearance.

The Pond Cabin has recently enjoyed a renovation and can compete with the A-Frames for the title of most luxurious accommodation at The Jungle. Similarly to the A-Frames, the Pond Cabin sleeps six (three double beds) and has two storeys; though the Pond Cabin can boast a view over our peaceful and tranquil pond. The Pond Cabin comes with a fully equipped kitchenette, including a fridge, oven, sink, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. You’ll also have a bathroom, a BBQ and some outdoor furniture to enjoy the sun – we’re ever optimistic!

The Log Cabin is the best option if you have a slightly larger group, sleeping up to eight people on two double beds, two single bunks and a double sofa bed. The Log Cabin has a kitchenette, comprising of a fridge, sink, toaster, microwave combi-oven, hob, kettle and dining table.

We have four Glamping Pods, and they are as popular as ever. Each Pod sleeps eight and has a picnic table and BBQ outside, as well as electricity and heating inside. These are a favourite with families, youth groups, stag & hen parties and just about everyone else in between.

The Jungle Campsite is for families only and we ensure that it is kept that way so that no staycations or holidays are spoiled. The campsite has easy access to toilet and shower facilities (50p coin required to operate). There is also access to a communal kitchen area with sinks, fridges, kettles, microwaves, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. If you’re staying with us for a while or just want to cook while you’re here, we have BBQ Huts available to hire over a three hour window. We have electric hook ups available for those staying on the campsite too and can take up to 45 camping pitches at a time.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• For groups 6 or less we require full payment, over 6 people we require a deposit of £25 per person.
• You are required to bring your own bedding when staying at The Jungle. Usually a sleeping bag/duvet and pillow is suffice.
• You can check in anytime between 4-5:30pm. If arriving after 5.30pm please call ahead to arrange a late check in. You must be checked out and the keys handed back by 10:30am.
• You are required to provide a £50 security deposit per pod by cash or card on arrival, which will be returned when checking out, provided there is no damage or extensive cleaning required.

We are centrally located (right in the middle of the country) and you can find us here. Five minutes away you’ll find Moneymore which has shops in case you need supplies and a variety of takeaways in case you just can’t be bothered! We’re ten minutes from Magherafelt which has a number of bars and restaurants if you’d like to treat yourself while you’re on your holidays.
