Archery is easy to pick up, harder to master and surprisingly competitive once your group gets going. Our instructors will show you the basics before you take to the range and see who can get closest to the bullseye.
With bows to suit children and adults, you don’t need any previous experience, just a steady hand and something to aim at.
Our instructor will get you set up, show you the basics and run through everything you need to know before you start shooting. Then it’s onto the range to practise your aim, find your rhythm and see who can get closest to the bullseye.
Suitable for ages 5+, with bows sized for different ages.
Min group of 2 people.
£20 for 25 arrows. Session length normally 1 hour, but depends on group size.
A tight long-sleeved top works best, loose sleeves and bow strings don’t mix well. You’re welcome to bring your own archery equipment if you’d rather use it.
A bit of bad weather won’t stop you. We have an indoor archery range as well as a sheltered outdoor range, so sessions can usually go ahead whatever the forecast.
All sessions need to be booked in advance, ideally as early as you can and at the very latest by 4pm the day before.
