Journey through the enchanted woodland aboard the Jungle Express, meet Santa and his elves, toast marshmallows, enjoy live entertainment and adventure activities, and make Christmas memories together as a family.
For more than a decade, families have joined us at The Jungle for Christmas Wonderland. From the woodland lights and Jungle Express to Santa, Mrs Claus, our elves and performers, the whole experience is built around giving families time together and creating Christmas memories.
Christmas Wonderland is more than a quick visit to Santa. Your Santa visit sits at the heart of a much bigger festive experience, with plenty to discover before and after your allocated Grotto time.
Every child receives an Adventure Activity Token as part of their Christmas Wonderland ticket, while children aged 9+ receive two tokens.
Additional tokens are £4 each or 6 for £20. Activities are subject to availability.

The Lazy Llama: Hot sandwiches, loaded fries and festive specials.
The Little Llama: Hot chocolate, coffee, tea, cold drinks, snacks and baked treats.
Sweet Treats: Look out for crêpes, doughnuts and desserts from our onsite food truck.
Add an overnight stay to your Christmas Wonderland booking and make it a night to remember. What better way to round off an epic Christmas Day Out than a cosy moonlit dip in your own wood-fired hot tub?! Any of our accommodation options can be added to your booking, by simply clicking ‘Add another activity’ after adding your Christmas Wonderland tickets to your basket. Availability is limited and is on a first-come, first served basis. These tend to book up very fast, so book early to avoid disappointment.
Planning something bigger? Private Christmas Wonderland sessions are available for groups of 100–400 people, including corporate groups, charities and youth organisations.

Yes. Christmas Wonderland tickets must be booked in advance.
Please allow plenty of travel time and arrive at least 20 minutes before your Santa Grotto time. If you miss your allocated Santa slot, we’ll do our best to help, but another Santa visit cannot be guaranteed.
