A booked woodland session for your class or group, ages 3 to 18, led by qualified Forest School leaders.
Children learn best when they’re genuinely interested, and there’s no better classroom than the outdoors. Our qualified Forest School leaders give children the time, space and appropriate support to properly connect with nature, at their own pace rather than a fixed lesson plan.
Sessions are child-led and creative, run with a high ratio of adults to children, and shaped around whatever your group needs.
What to expect
Expect games, songs, story-time and imaginative play, arts and crafts using natural materials, den and hut building, learning to use tools safely, and an introduction to fire and cooking skills, all woven through a single 2.5 hour session.
Beyond the activities themselves, sessions are built to help children take safe risks, trust their own judgement, build physical skills and stamina, and grow their confidence and independence along the way.
Ages & Group Size
Suitable for ages 3 to 18. Minimum group size 10, ideally similar in age and ability. Groups of 20 or more should call the office for group rates.
Prices
£20pp for school, youth group and birthday bookings, ages 3 to 18. One 2.5 hour session, including a healthy snack.
